Booking Information:
Please pre-book your treatment within ten days of your preferred date. Please quote your voucher number printed on this same voucher at the time of making your reservation.

Should you wish to allow time for a spa lunch within your experiences please advise us at the time of booking.

We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment and allow additional time to make full use of the spa facilties before your treatment.

Preparation:
You are advised to wear a bathing costume to ensure your personal comfort throughout the treatment. Robes and towels will be provided.

Cancellations/No Attendance:
Please allow a minimum of 6 hrs for cancellations.

Your Time:
Our team members will be happy to assist you with any special requests you might have such as taxi service, flower arrangements or any ideas you might have for special occasions.

Conditions:

• This voucher is valid until the specified date.
• Present this voucher at your appointment.
• This gift voucher is not refundable and not exchangeable for retail goods.
• Gift Vouchers are valid for a maximum period of 6 months.
• Gift vouchers are not redeemable on retail products.
• Gift vouchers are to be printed  and presented at the time of appointment along with an ID Card. No voucher will be accepted without a valid individual reference
• All vouchers shall be sent on the email address provided by yourselves and may only be used once.
