Do I need a reservation?
We recommend you reserve appointments prior to your arrival as services are limited. A credit card is required to guarantee services at the time of reservation. We suggest arriving a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving late will deprive you of treatment time.

What do I need to bring?
We will provide you with towels and sandals. Please do not bring jewellery and other valuables.
Do I have to disrobe entirely for a treatment?
Undergarments are preferred to be worn.
Our therapists are trained to properly drape any body part not being treated. You may request a male or female therapist.
Should I alert someone if I have a medical condition, allergy or disability?
Yes. Please inform our spa receptionist when you call for a reservation, if you are pregnant, have allergies or any other condition we should be aware of.
Is gratuity included in the price of the treatment?
Gratuities are not included in the price.
What if I must cancel my appointment?
A 4-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged full price for a scheduled spa service. Group reservations are subject to contracted agreement.
Are gift certificates available?
Gift certificates for spa services and spa retail items are an ideal year-round gift for any special occasion.
