PORRIDGE MEAL REPLACEMENT

The purpose of porridge replacement is the same as the sweet meal replacement. Substituting two daily meals of an energy-restricted diet with meal replacements contributes to weight loss.
It’s a high protein, high fibre porridge powder with added vitamins and minerals.
If you are under 75 Kilos, the recommended portion is 2 scoops (the scoop is inside of the bottle), if you are over 75 kilos, we suggest 3 scoops.
To prepare the porridge, you put 2 scoops in a bowl and add 120ml of cold water and microwave or alternatively heat on the hob. If you desire, some berries can also be added.
Suitable for vegetarians, but not for vegans!
