Aaron lost 40 kilos!
I decided I needed to lose weight, because even completing daily chores were tiring for me. I have tried to lose weight before, but I found it really hard to follow the diet during the school period, and I ended up quitting my diet.
After doing some research, Marion Mizzi Wellbeing became the standout choice. They have a great reputation, and I knew I needed someone to guide me through my weight loss journey, motivating and encouraging me every step of the way.
The most challenging part for me was getting my mind to adapt to the changes I had to make in my daily routine. Following the diet plan wasn’t that hard as it is very varied and has lots of delicious dishes. However, you need to be patient with yourself, train your body and mind whilst changing your habits to adapt to the new situation.
You have to remind yourself, constantly, that every minute of this journey will lead you towards losing the weight that you piled on out of lack of love for yourself.
Apart from the diet itself and the combination of food and quantities, I found the Muscle Stimulation Treatment very effective in helping me lose weight and reach my goal.
Now that I have reached my goal, I am always concerned about what I'm eating, and I always keep in mind that I have to work hard for the treat I allow myself once in a while.
My thought that in order to lead a normal life you not only to be slim but most importantly healthy, was the driving force behind my performance. I have seen a major transformation not only in my appearance, but also in my health and activeness.
The advice I can share with those who plan on following a weight loss program is to do it today. Don’t postpone your health and happiness. Don’t start dieting just because you feel bad about yourself. Do it because you owe it to yourself.
