Marion Mizzi has maintained her loyalty to authentic and tailor-made approaches to weight loss. The program includes the adoption of avant-garde weight loss technology, firming, and toning treatments. This is complemented by motivation and support, together with easy to prepare, satisfying, and tasty recipes.
Apart from the purchase of state-of-the-art equipment, Marion Mizzi has persistently invested in skilled teams with training and monitoring carried out periodically. Our History
Marion Mizzi Wellbeing is the brain child of Marion Mizzi; a renowned and passionate figure in the health and beauty industry. Marion opened up her very first shop at the age of 17 in 1976. Today, Marion Mizzi Spas are in 4 locations around the island.

REMEMBER LIQUID INTAKE
Try to drink a vast amount of water throughout the day. Tea, coffee and soft drinks are allowed in unlimited quantities throughout the day, but only 250ml of skimmed milk can be consumed daily.
DO NOT CONSUME (UNLESS IN ONE OF OUR RECIPES)
Any oils, butter, margarine, nuts, olives, pulses, dried fruits, grapes, sweet corn, potatoes, and fruit juices.
CONSUME AS MUCH AS YOU WANT
Herbs, spices, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, tomato pulp or paste, salt, pepper, capers, diet soft drinks, tea, and coffee.

Once you have finally hit your target weight, you are ready for the weight maintenance phase of your weight loss program. Our maintenance program is a fantastic way to keep your weight in check and never having to go back to long periods of dieting.
Why it Works
The Marion Mizzi diet plan ensures that you will not experience periodic hunger pangs and dehydration. The nutrients within this diet plan are those specifically required by the body.
Food items that have been left out are those which typically contribute to more hunger pangs, fat and obesity. The food items that the Marion Mizzi diet excludes ranges from nuts, dried fruits, seeds, cheeses, butter, oils (any type), charcuterie, bread, and sugar based foods. Within the latter category we will find chocolate, biscuits, cakes, and sweets. These food items generate cravings for a higher intake of calories thus leading to further weight gain. In extreme cases these may also lead to food addictions.
Another essential aspect in following the Marion Mizzi diet plan is the discipline to consume food within intervals of approximately 5 or 6 hours, by doing so you will experience less hunger.
The key to success when following this diet plan is preparation, it only takes 20 minutes of daily food preparation to successfully follow the Marion Mizzi diet; though to attain the desired results you must not alter the diet in any way.
