Recipe: Celery & Apple Salad This nutritious and delicious salad is a part of our 7-step diet plan:

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples, diced small
  • 3 celery sticks
  • Florette rocket leaves
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Pickled cucumbers, sliced
  • Canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • Aster tomato paste
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Lemon juice
  • Water

Method:

  1. Mix Aster tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and water for the dressing.
  2. Combine diced apples, celery, rocket leaves, cherry tomatoes, pickled cucumbers, and chickpeas.
