Rules & Regulations
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members
General Rules
- Sign in at reception before using facilities
- Wear proper athletic attire and closed-toe shoes
- Use towels and wipe down equipment after use
- Limit cardio equipment use to 30 min during peak hours
- Return weights and equipment to designated areas
Health & Safety
- Consult physician before beginning exercise program
- Report equipment malfunctions immediately
- No food in workout areas, closed water bottles only
- Minimum age: 16 years, under 18 requires consent
- No photography or recording with mobile phones
Membership & Access
- Present membership card upon entry (non-transferable)
- Fees due on first day of billing cycle
- €15 fee for replacement of lost membership cards
- Membership cancellations: 30 days written notice
Facilities Use
- Shower before entering pool, sauna or steam room
- Proper swimming attire required in pool area
- No diving, running or horseplay
- Maximum time in sauna/steam room: 15 minutes
