Below is a breakdown of the steps involved in the diet, along with the benefits of the detox drinks, supplements, and recipe options.

1st Step: Detox Drinks

Detox Drink Options

  1. Cinnamon, Cloves, and Banana Peel Tea
  • Preparation: Boil 2 litres of water with 2 cinnamon sticks, cloves, and banana peel.
  •  Benefits: Cinnamon: May help regulate blood sugar levels and has anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Cloves: Rich in antioxidants and may support liver health.
  • Banana Peel: Contains vitamins and minerals, including potassium, and may aid digestion.
  1. Mint, Ginger, and Lime Tea

  • Preparation: Boil 2 litres of water and add fresh mint, ginger, and lime.
  •  Benefits: Mint: Aids digestion and may help relieve headaches.
  • Ginger: Known for its anti-nausea and anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Lime: High in vitamin C and may boost the immune system.

 

  1. Turmeric, Ginger, and Honey Tea

    • Preparation: Boil 2 litres of water with 1 teaspoon of turmeric, fresh ginger, and honey.

    Benefits:

  • Turmeric: Contains curcumin, which has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.
  • Honey: Natural sweetener with antimicrobial properties and may soothe the throat.
  • Ginger: As mentioned, it aids digestion and reduces inflammation.

Morning Routine

  • Unlimited Herbal Tea: Drink any of the above detox teas throughout the morning.
