- Preparation: Boil 2 litres of water with 2 cinnamon sticks, cloves, and banana peel.
- Benefits: Cinnamon: May help regulate blood sugar levels and has anti-inflammatory properties.
- Cloves: Rich in antioxidants and may support liver health.
- Banana Peel: Contains vitamins and minerals, including potassium, and may aid digestion.

- Preparation: Boil 2 litres of water and add fresh mint, ginger, and lime.
