Delicious, Healthy, and Satisfying.

Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 60g Good Earth oat flakes

  • 100ml Alpro almond drink, roasted unsweetened or Benna skimmed milk

  • 3 egg whites - beaten

  • Fry Light low-calorie spray

Topping:

  • 2 tsp natural honey

  • 100g Asiago frozen berries

Method:

  1. Pour the pancake ingredients into a bowl and mix well with a fork until there are no lumps.

  2. Heat a large pan and spray with Fry Light low-calorie spray.

  3. Divide the pancake batter into 5 batches and cook each pancake for 2 minutes on each side.

  4. Serve with honey and berries.

Tip: This meal can also be served with one of your preferred side dishes chosen from the book.
