Ingredients:
60g Good Earth oat flakes
100ml Alpro almond drink, roasted unsweetened or Benna skimmed milk
3 egg whites - beaten
Fry Light low-calorie spray
Topping:
2 tsp natural honey
100g Asiago frozen berries
Method:
Pour the pancake ingredients into a bowl and mix well with a fork until there are no lumps.
Heat a large pan and spray with Fry Light low-calorie spray.
Divide the pancake batter into 5 batches and cook each pancake for 2 minutes on each side.
Serve with honey and berries.
Tip: This meal can also be served with one of your preferred side dishes chosen from the book.
