Ingredients:
30g Good Earth oat flakes
10g Good Earth chia seeds
100ml Alpro almond drink, roasted unsweetened
100g Alpro greek style natural or Benna light natural yoghurt
1 tsp honey
100g strawberries - sliced
10g raisins
10g almonds -chopped
Method:
Combine the oats, chia seeds, and milk in a large jar and stir to mix the ingredients.
Let stand for 10 minutes to allow the mixture to thicken slightly.
Layer the remaining ingredients on top.
Once the chia and milk mixture has thickened slightly, top it with layers of yoghurt, honey, berries, raisins and nuts.
Cover the jar with a cap and refrigerate it until needed (for up to 5 days).
Tip: This meal can also be served with one of your preferred side dishes chosen from the book.
