Roasted Cauliflower

Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.This recipe is the perfect healthy snack or side dish – Simple, flavourful, and so easy to make.

Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp Maille Dijon Original Mustard

  • Lemon juice (according to taste)

  • 1 tbsp black mustard seeds

  • 1 jalapeno pepper - finely diced

  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1 head cauliflower - cut into florets

  • Salt

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C.

  2. Whisk the mustard, lemon juice, mustard seeds, jalapeno, ginger and turmeric in a small bowl.

  3. Place the cauliflower in a medium baking dish, pour the dressing over the cauliflower and season with salt.

  4. Roast until lightly golden brown and just tender (approx. 20-25 minutes).
